Due to quality control and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will take full responsibility and do our best to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon review, we will arrange either an exchange or a refund.
