Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set out the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter "Service") provided on this website by FREEBIRD STUDIO LLC (hereinafter "Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application) These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company relating to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Formation of Sales Contract) A sales contract shall be formed when a user places an order for a product through the Service and the Company receives said order.
Article 3 (Payment Method and Timing) Payment method and timing shall be as separately determined by the Company.
Article 4 (Cancellations) Due to the nature of our products, cancellations after an order is completed are not accepted in principle. However, the Company may, at its discretion, accommodate cancellations requested before the order has been shipped.
Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges) Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges requested for customer convenience are not accepted. However, in the event of a product defect or incorrect delivery, the Company will respond in accordance with its prescribed procedures.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities) Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or similar acts
- Purchasing for commercial purposes, including resale
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Changes to Service) The Company may change the content of or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users.
Article 8 (Disclaimer) The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users through the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. Furthermore, even where the Company is found liable, such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the product in the relevant transaction.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property) All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to content on the Service (including text, images, and designs) belong to the Company or its rightful rights holders.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
